So a committee on public instruction was set up to establish colleges for the teaching of Arabic , Persian and Sanskrit , to publish textbooks and to translate books on the modern sciences from English into the Oriental languages . इसलिए अरबी , परशियन और सस्क्Qत पढ़ाने के लिए कालेज स्थापित करने , पाठ्य पुस्तकें प्रकाशित करने तथा आधुनिक विज्ञान संबधी पुस्तकें अंग्रजी से प्राच्य भाषाओं में अनुवादित करने के लिए इन जन शिक्षा पर एक कमेटी नियुक़्त की गयी .
